By accessing or using Ashcode Infotech's website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Ashcode Infotech provides digital marketing services including SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, web development, digital marketing consulting, and training programs. Service scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in individual client agreements or Statements of Work (SOW).
Clients are responsible for:
• Providing accurate and complete information required to perform the services.
• Granting necessary access to accounts, platforms, and assets.
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Ensuring all content and materials provided do not infringe third-party rights.
• Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance at the start of each month.
• Late payments may attract interest at 2% per month.
• Services may be paused or terminated for non-payment after 15 days.
• All creative works produced by Ashcode Infotech remain our property until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, clients receive a licence to use the deliverables as specified in the SOW.
• Ashcode Infotech retains the right to use client work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement.
Digital marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control including algorithm changes, market conditions, and competition. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue figures. All projections are estimates based on data and experience.
Ashcode Infotech's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable. Ashcode Infotech may terminate immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
